 Mencuci Kotak Makan

“ Kalau begitu, cucilah keesokannya sebelum kamu memasakkan aku makanan.

Selama 10 tahun, setelah aku berhasil mengejar mimpiku, Ia sangat sabar menghadapiku. Ia tidak mengeluh bahkan Ia semakin hari semakin baik kepadaku.

Maafkan aku, istriku, sahabatku, kekasihku.

Washing The Lunch Box

“Hi hon, can you help me about something?” asked my wife before i walk to the door.

“ Yes, what’s wrong?” i smiled to her.

“ I just want you to wash this lunch box after you eat it,” replied her and then  she gave me that lunch box.

“ Why you don’t wash those by yourself after i came home?”

“ I need a ten minutes to wash that lunch box. But, i want to spend ten minute with my lovely husband because you always late,” she talked slowly.

“ Okay, how about this, you can wash the lunch box tomorrow before you cook my lunch. So, we have a solution right?” She looked me really strange. “ I go now hon!” i replied her and then kissed her brow before she starts talking again and walking to the car.

Before i started the car, she came to me again and said once again, “ hon, please help me. Washing the lunch box. Thank you. I love you.”

I just gave her a smiled and went to the office.

****

I never thought that was the last time my wife asked me to do a little thing that i never did.  No, it wasn’t the first time. Almost ten years we got married, she always asked me to do that before i went to work. And the last day before she left me, she asked me again. What do you want to say to me honey? I said to myself while I looked my dead wife bodies.

Why you asked me to wash the lunch box? I have more than a ten minutes everyday to spend with you, right? Did I?

I start to remember how busy I am in the office. Almost ten years, i try to reach my dream, my career and she was really supportive to me. She never complaint about me. Honestly, she try harder to make me happy. But, what i have done to her? I didn’t have a time to help her? What kind a husband i am!

I’m so so so sorry, my wife, my bestfriend, my lover. I hope i can repeat the time

I run into my childs and hug them.

Since that day, I wash my lunch box. Because my wife teaches me how to spend my time with the people I love before everything have been late again.
